Meditation Video Activity

- What do you think of the video? Do you meditate? Why? Do you feel it works? Why? In the first place i thinh the video was awesome the meditation its something so usefull in daily life because we have a tendency of stress acumulation. So if we learn haw to meditate we can make a diference for our healthy. I like meditation, when i have troubles i can fixed because i think more clearly, my way to meditate is easy, i think in my happy place using my favorite music who always makes me feel calm in that way i can read my problems correctly and choose the best solution to it. -How are you feeling these days? Why? When i feel sad or i have problems i feel to many anxiety, so i have the tendency to overthink anything, so i want to found the way to feel good or in oeace again. -How do I feel when the English class starts? For be honest i don´t have to much to say. I like i english classes :)
